Well considering he is prior service, no and yes. The grass is always greener on the other side. He misses the Navy. Being on the flight deck of his ship in the middle of the ocean with no one around but the sound of the water. I wish I could know what that sounded/felt like for him but it's something he says that he will always carry with him for the rest of his life.

Ft. Knox, KY is a big one. Once we leave here we never ever want to come back to this place again. MWR is horrible. The lack of events/dependant support is ridiculous. Having to rent a fence to keep my kids safe. Just no go.
Ft. Drum, NY. Way too many people have told me/us that once you go there you have the hardest time trying to leave.
